I had another stellar experience with the team at Western. I took my Lexus 450H in for an estimate on a jammed door, expecting a potentially costly repair. Megan at the front office quickly assessed the situation and brought over Bernie, a technician. Bernie, with his expertise and tools, fixed the problem on the spot for me, free of charge. I have had two small repairs on different cars than at the shop. The workhas been excellent, And the employees are both competent and generally happy. Seems like a good place to work as well as have repairs.
