We started looking for an RV about 5 months ago. We started in Medford looking at several RV dealerships. Today I was broke down on Highway 62 with a flat tire. Tim and Charles had stopped to help me. They changed the tire with my spare and had me follow them to the shop to make sure the spare had enough air as well as the other three and got me on my way quickly as if that is what their business did, go around helping people. The whole team worked together very efficiently during the purchase of our Toy Hauler. We required modifications and these were done well and expeditiously. The sales team made the process simple with very little haggling and they took the extra time to explain every little thing to us newbies. We got the best price imaginable and the best service.
