The employees are so unprofessional and lack compassion. My husband is diabetic and has a wound on his foot. After a visit to our NP, he was referred to this WCS office. Our NP's office faxed over the Referral Form last week for my husband to see the wound care specialist. My husband was told the office would call him to set up an appt once the form was received. These people are very professional and very friendly. My wife Linda is receiving care for a foot wound, they are really helping her. Thank God there are still some medical professionals that actually care about people.

This place is very organized. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. They are very thorough in their carc and take the time to answer All questions. They made sure I had supplies needed when I was unable to get them! Would highly recommend them if you're in need of wound care. They even called to check on me when I had to go into the hospital.

The wound care clinic has very professional staff, they are always caring and helpful. Teresa Gentry is wonderful, she goes above and beyond to help her patients. The hyperbaric chamber tech Elena is very knowledgeable, very caring, and very experienced in what she is doing. She's very helpful in explaining what is being done. She puts you at ease.
