The providers are good. Never had any issues. I do however, take MAJOR issue with them calling my emergency contact in an attempt to collect payment. If that isn't a HIPAA violation, then it should be.
They did my son’s anesthesia for his dental procedure. They refused to run the cost through insurance and force me to pay $900 up front. Then my insurance covered $830 and I had to pay $70, therefore my reimbursement check should have been $830. However, they are claiming they did $1200 of work and insurance wouldn’t cover $300 for drive time for their providers and extra medical equipment, however, the claim they submitted was for $900…definitely running an insurance scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
