Absolutely great service
repair tech,s were polite and did a through check, now waiting on carrier air for warranty resolution
I have had two visits from these folks. The first visit was excellent and I was very happy. 5 stars! The second visit was very disappointing and I was very unhappy. 1 star. So I will average the two visits and call it 3 stars.
Amazing service. Couldn't be more satisfied with Oscar and his team. Responded same-morning, took the time to fix up my a/c to run until a new unit could come in, and surprisingly had a new unit ready to install the very next day. This is how good customer service is done. 5+ Stars. Highly, highly recommend.
I am extremely happy with all the services that we received! After troubleshooting our units, I decided it was best to replace our units, Western Air Nex Gen ordered and installed them for us the very next day without any issues. The techs were friendly and very professional. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Western Air Next Gen!
