I really like that Dr Westerman takes the time needed with patient and explains everything. He made me feel comfortable and he's very personable.
My wife has a serious condition with angioedema and has been trying to talk with office staff about scheduling an appointment. RUDE is the only way to describe the response that she has received. No compassion or supportive help and even hung up on my wife as she was trying to describe the reasons for urgency. Dr.Westerman needs to know how his office staff is treating new potential patients. Perhaps a call to the American Medical Association would be a wake up.
Dr. Westerman is a fantastic doctor. He makes his patients feel comfortable and listens to them. I would highly recommend him.
