Went to westerly jewelry because a friend told me that they had a great experance with them. after going there I found all employee very helpful and friendly. Ended up purchasing a diamond ring. Thanks for great service

Stopped into the store on a whim wandering downtown during to holidays. Found not only the perfect bead for my daughter's bracelet which they ordered for me, but also a special gift for my mom. While I was there they cleaned and checked my rings making them sparkle like new, and also gave me some great ideas about revitalizing some jewelry my grandmother left me. Can't wait to go back again!

AWFUL... Terrible... The owner/manager woman of the place is pushy, snobby and thinks she knows it all. The repair I got done was minimal but done incorrectly on a very expensive ring. Did not call me back after I called to say the repair did not hold after getting it back for only 3 days, no follow up at all. The other lady I spoke to made it sound like it was my fault that the repair did not hold and maybe I should have spent more money to get the repair done right..I was advised it would be just fine and it wasn't.
