Too many employees working at the same time..... actually you cant really tell which employees are working and which are off work but working out cause all they do is hang out together and chit chat and ignore the customers. All trainers, staff and owner converse with the same people..... as if everyone else in the gym is invisible. How are you supposed to build a connection with customers.
