Poor customer service. We were booked and paid for a dive at the rigs. We caught a respiratory infection and couldn’t dive. I called to reschedule but they never called back. Just poor customer service.
The crew and the captain went out of their way above and beyond so we can have a great trip. They even took underwater photo of the group. Amazing boat. Food was excellent! Crew is supportive and helpful. Capt. Joe thank you!!! I give this boat five stars
Had a great time diving Catalina with the Westerly! The boat was nice and clean and the crew was amazingly awesome!
