Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Definitely Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care? The entire staff were so well suited to a holistic approach. I felt completely at ease. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely

The office staff were just OK. The hygienists really are terrific. The dentists however leave much to be desired in providing care. I am 50 yrs. old, have always maintained a good dental program but these dentists(Family) do not deserve any ratings. I've never had so much pain in "the chair" before-- literally crawling out & M. Capalbo was disengaged. My husband's crown fell out twice and was blamed for the flaw. STAY AWAY!!!

It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary
