The finished product was very good however, it took over an hour and a half yesterday. Got in line for interior vacuuming, the works. I paid and then sat there for the longest time. It would have helped if they let patrons know there will be a long wait, there wasn’t really a reason given either (like equipment wasn’t working, etc). I get they were busy with a steady stream of cars (only 4 in front of mine) but it should not have taken that long! Went to get an interior cleaning yesterday before heading back to Meriden. Driving the car is so much nicer with it so clean and tidy now!
My 2010 Subaru looks brand new inside and out! They did a great job, love the carpet mat shaker and the wash and dry machine for rubber mats.
I dumped two gallons of fish fertilizer in the front of my car, you can imagine what that smelled like. These folks took it right in and did an amazing job shampooing the carpets and gave me a bottle of odor be gone for the mats which I had left at home. They were super nice and efficient and very reasonable prices too. Thanks so much guys!
The staff was friendly but the car wash was horrible. I paid for the detail. It was a waste of money. I had to have it redone. I won't be back.
