Have lived here for 2 years. The maintenance staff is great. These places could be really nice if it weren’t for a few others things. If you are on the fence about renting here, I would seriously consider other options. 1. Retaliatory & discriminatory management. They only enforce community guidelines on people they don’t like. 2. VERY loud HVAC units. I’ve mentioned it to the office/maintenance and it’s largely been ignored. 3. Lots of apartment inspections for various reasons.
