Immediately got in as a new patient with an emergency visit with my dog. The knowledge, the concern and care we received couldn’t have been any more perfect! Due to COVID-19 procedures and precautions, I waited in my car, Ollie was brought in, Dr. Lynch came out and spoke to me about Ollie’s illness and paid my bill via phone never asking how much bill was. When I got home looked at the receipt, I was pleasantly and thankfully shocked. There is no comparison to Dr. Lynch, Deb and Mitzi! #BestOfTheBest
I've been to several different animal hospitals, and the best by far is The Westerly Animal Hospital. Everyone there is very compassionate. They take time with you and your fur baby. Love love this place.
Not accurate with what we needed to do on the phone, got there and all these other charges were popping up...the front desk girl was horrible!!! Just like other reviews have mentioned. It was a misunderstanding on both our parts and she was working with me which I appreciated but then she was just rude and walked away mid convo to the back room and slammed the door shut .. very unprofessional and I’m just stunned someone would allow a worker to act that way... stay away!
I have been looking for a caring, compassionate vet since I moved back East from Wyoming. I finally found Dr. Lynch who was recommended by a friend. I made the trip to Rhode Island from Connecticut and I'm so glad that I did. I have never seen my doberman Cali so calm and serene while at the vet. Dr. Lynch and his staff put out such good vibes that the animals sense it and feel at ease. And his thorough yet conservative approach to treating pets fits with my own philosphy. Bucks first visit to the vet today and all went well. Honestly, I was expecting a totally different environment. Being the owner of a pitbull, you deal with a lot of horrid comments and disgusted/scared looks. They treated me and my baby boy with the utmost respect and care. They truly care for the animals they’re seeing, it’s not one of those over-priced yuppy veterinarian clinics that take your money and scoot you out. They want to fully ensure that bucks health is perfect. 10/10 would recommend! 🐶💕
Dr. Brian spends so much time with each visit, he's very thorough and kind. Excellent care, fair pricing and at the vaccine clinics, the staff are wonderful also. Never make you feel 2nd rate for the reduced clinic.

When my other vet failed me and my dog, Dr. Lynch and his staff took us in with open arms and did everything he could to take great care of my dog. He exhausted all possibilities before referring us to Ocean State and even then, I returned to have him and his staff perform the surgery my dog needed.
