After numerous problems with my 2 year old HVAC system and not having the issues resolved by the original company that sold me (units bigger than necessary as it turns out) and being treated like garbage whenever I called them out for an issue, I called Westerhouse. Excellent communication and responsiveness. Been using them for 2 years and have been nothing but impressed every step of the way. Replaced multiple units, services, and installed new smart thermostats. Very pleased with their service.
Crazy high rate for what was a simple fix. I was also charged $150 on a $30 part. Overall I cannot recommend
