This company was awesome. I'd had another company give me an estimate that knocked my socks off. My neighbor said to call these guys. They told me the same stuff the other company did without trying to upsell me like they did. The cost of diagnosis and parts PLUS the cost to have the first company come out all combined was less than HALF of what the other company wanted to charge me for repairs! Aaron, Tanner, and Westerhouse Team provided exceptional support. They installed a new Evaporator Coil and Air Conditioner. While installing the systems, they effectively addressed problems with the air flow and the entire house is cool and comfortable. Their proposed price was competitive and reasonable.
They are extremely nice people. I had a misunderstanding with them but it was resolved and I can not thank them enough for getting my ac back up and running. Good folks.
