Not only do they provide a great service for your vehicles, they go above and beyond when you forget your wallet in the truck and work out of town. Huge Thanks to Jeff Gross and the Team at Westergard Motors for shipping my wallet to me!!!
BEWARE … they’ll lie to you and say your car needs a bunch of repairs when it doesn’t !!!!!!!!Don’t trust this service shop or service manager , they try to scam you, they lied and said the car needed a bunch of work, like the whole suspension. $5,800 dollars !! Said it’s not safe to drive on the highway. Took it to another mechanic and they said the car was perfectly fine, safe to drive, only needed a steering rack pump replacement….. these guys are straight up scammers. !!!
Both Jerry and Steve were fantastic to speak with and incredibly helpful while also providing real world information as opposed to just regurgitated information from a brochure. I highly appreciated their help and honesty as well as their real world insights and applications, and would recommend this dealership and their help to anyone near Drumheller looking for a new vehicle.
