Polite, understanding, clearly explains the medical issue. Always comfortable atmosphere from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Ease of making or changing appointments based on my needs.
I was able to get an appointment promptly and when I arrived the wait time was minimal. He took plenty oftime to discuss the possible causesof the inflammation and pain I was experiencing and treatedthe symptoms. This was my second visit, and I recommend him with no reservations.
Dr Westerdahl has just about the most warm, relaxed and confident bedside manner of any physician we've worked with. My husband and I have both been patients. He put us at ease with every visit. We had 100% confidence in his treatment plans. All questions are answered and his explanations are comprehensive and easy to understand. Dr Westerdahl was:- on time- expeditious- a great listener- patient- informative- very respectful Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
I tend to ask a lot of questions and Dr. Westerdahl had the patience to answer all of them and to give me sound advice on my knee and foot recovery. I found the office staff caring and professional. In the several months I was being treated, I can only recall one office visit where I waited an extended period of time to see the Doctor.

I was impressed the moment Dr. Westerdahl entered the exam/treatment room. He was friendly, personable, already fully-informed about my recent and past medical history. He showed me very recent radiographic images of the area that brought me to see him, and explained my treatment options to me in a manner that gave me full confidence in him. I have had a great experience with the staff and Dr Westerdahl for all of my appointments. At my last appointment, he welcomed us back. Dr Westerdahl is a great listener. And explains what needs to be done for my knee. He also recommended PT as part of the plan for my knee. An appointment was made for my next visit after the PT.
