I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by one of your tow truck drivers on 25 Sep 2025, tow truck plate no. A 68002. After assisting with my vehicle, he discovered that I had accidentally dropped my wallet in his tow truck. Rather than waiting for me to realize it, he proactively contacted my Caravan Park to inform me and ensure it was safely returned. I used the “Towing” service from Westerbergs, via the RACWA, yesterday. I had called a few days before and chatted to the tilt truck driver about the pick up of my old car. He was most helpful. On the appointed morning, I rang the RAC WA, and the truck was ordered. The truck arrived within 20 minutes or so, and the driver was extremely helpful, careful and obviously attentive to detail, picking up my precious old car. The delivery to the local garage was completed at the time I had booked the vehicle in. Excellent service…
