The service here has gone downhill big time. I wanna support local and black owned businesses, but not if they’re not taking care of customers.

I’ve been coming here for years and today was the worst experience ever. The employees who are working today just need to go home. Customer service was wack as hell today. The girl working so rude, she needs to be fired ASAP. The 2 guys working alone and she just sitting there while the line is about to go out the door. And I’m leaving with no flyers
Every and any time I've needed them it's always good service.
I never had a bad experience here but today soon as the guy that owns it left out they started looking over ppl I waited 15 mins while they just overlooked me and helped other guest keep in mind it was not busy . the young lady with the kinky twist was nice and helped ebeybody else look tired bothered and lack enthusiam except the baldhead guy . I been comin here for years never had this happen
