Clean fast and great customer service
I was a repeat customer here. Great prints, business cards & posters...but horrible service. I love supporting black businesses but service here has become worse each time I requested a new order. Little/No response to emails or calls, long lines for pickups & no customer service. This was my last straw, my last order was sent & I never received a response after contacting them multiple times about an invoice before just canceling the order. I would recommend them, but not as a local first choice printing service.
Massive shoutout to Larry! He's a superstar in the shop. I came in for what I thought was a pretty big order, and he knocked it all out WHILE providing great customer service to the growing line... He and his coworker (also awesome) were professional, knowledgable and really made a great example of customer service. Thank you Larry! ❤️🩹
