This may be a good spa -- I wouldn't know since they slyly decided to refund a deposit as a spa credit rather than to my credit card. When I discovered this 8-9 months later, Victoria refused to correct it. Said I could use the credit for product I didn't want but that it was my fault I'd not caught it right away. Today I had a facial with Katie and honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life. My skin feels incredibly soft and has the most amazing glow. The whole treatment was deeply relaxing and so satisfying. Katie’s hands are truly magical. If you’re visiting Aspen, I 100% recommend coming to this place, you won’t regret it.
I had a Fraxel treatment a 2 weeks ago because I wanted to try something new, and it was my first major treatment. I am very happy with the service Jayme provided. She fully explained the procedure and post-treatment care and was very professional, patient, and kind. I can already see results—my skin is smoother, the sun spots are completely gone, and the overall texture has improved. Thank you again for the great service.
Super disappointed to pay $95 for a 10 minute consultation only to find out it will not go towards the purchase of a (very expensive) service I booked. It really left me feeling gouged. I don't mind paying for a consult but I thought $95 was excessive and I have never heard of it not going towards a purchase of a service. I told several friends and they all said they wouldn't ever go there after hearing that... not a good feeling.
Casie is amazing. She’s very professional. Her explanations of pre- and post-care of each procedure are communicated with ease, thoroughness and simplicity. I truly believe that she loves and cares about providing the best results for her clients.
