Unreliable and not dependable. We had problems with a BRAND NEW AC unit but the unit wouldn't cool properly. This company wouldn't respond to our emails and the senior tech didn't show to an appointment as promised.
Absolutely amazing experience with this company! The owner, Jason, came out to my house on a Thursday morning. First thing he did was put on booties before entering my house. He spent 20 minutes checking my current equipment and answering my questions. He gave me a packet with a copy of his contractors license and current certificate of liability insurance. Wonderful company! They came out, diagnosed the problem and had everything up and running so efficiently. I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg but they were very reasonable, especially compared to other companies I've worked with before.
Capable, professional, courteous and great at explaining what needed to be done. I had a HVAC visiting family member diagnose my problem but did not have time to fix it. West End came out, gave the same diagnosis and fixed it that day. A great local company I will use again.
