They advertised themselves on ******* for an all inclusive rate for cleaning, exam, x rays etc... At the time of visit all of the procedure was "included" and even after the cleaning/exam, the front desk assured both me (and my boyfriend at a separate and later date) that it was all covered by the *******. However, we both received statements for extra costs which were originally included on our procedures. I will share the same review I shared on google, plus what has transpired today... "I was a flight attendant during the time Covid-19 was already in full swing. I was furloughed from my job and everything was locked down and closed. But this dentist office who wasn't even opened decided to put me in collections for a mere $180. Are you kidding me?!
