Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine
