So I lived in two different properties managed by westen investments for a year and a half in 2017 while I finished my bachelors at wiu. I cannot recommend them enough, maintenance work was always done promptly & done well. One of the houses I lived in was built over 50 years ago, so yeah shit breaks, but the maintenance guys are righteous dudes.
