Fantastic property with fantastic staff. My go-to whenever I'm in town for business. Claudia, Antonio, Glen, Renato, Nathalie, Kirk, Christian, Nadine, Evelyn, Jose, Juan...the staff makes this place special. Easily 30 nights a year at this property and always look forward to it. If the National Spanish Soccer Team is staying at this hotel then you should allow fans to at least approach them when they got the chance and not treat them as if they were criminals or with disrespect by the entitled security guards that work for this place. It seems that many folks in USA have been left traumatized due to the 9/11 event and others ones and now they believe that everyone is a potential threat which is adorable. You need to do it better.
