I paid for a brand-new full set of Gel-X extensions with shellac here, and within just 3 days, 5 of my nails were already severely lifting and separating entirely from the cuticle. When I went back into the salon to have the lifting addressed, the technician refused to properly soak off and replace the failed extensions. First experience with this nail and spa place to take my nails off. Machine was too high that caused the high heat burning my nails, hit my finger under my nail. The owner claimed that my nails were sensitive however there were no cuts and clearly healthy nails.. This place is inexperienced and unwilling to further improve their services by finishing their job. I wouldn’t recommend this place for services Feedback would be to improve training staff, soak nails and have proper equipment to perform the job
