Had a wax here recently and it was excruciating - the technician told me multiple times it was just my skin (I have this done regularly with no issues). Had a burn after in a sensitive area for days later. They reused the wooden applicator in the wax pot multiple times. Pedicure was okay but stay away from waxing!

It was my first time having a guy do my nails, and honestly, I was really impressed. He was incredibly gentle, professional, and paid so much attention to detail. From shaping to polishing, everything was done perfectly. He listened carefully to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Super friendly and easy to talk to too. I’ll definitely be coming back
Such a disappointing experience. I came to get a manicure done and left with bleeding cuticles and gel nail polish that was applied a lot further from my cuticle line so it already looks grown out. They rushed my manicure and it hurt when they were cutting it as well. No care or gentleness with this which seems unsanitary as I was bleeding and I wonder if others bleed and are using the same polish and tools.
