I have lost my patience with Westdale Jewelers. I dropped three watches for various repairs on August 2nd. Daniel told me he would call me with a quote before starting the work. That didn't happen. He sent all three watches to someone in Toronto to do the work, after telling me he may send only one of the watches to someone else if he could not regulate it to spec. The same as all other reviewers, dropped off for sizing, mentioned a week for turn around - took much longer, had to follow up many times, didn't know who I was or what was going on every time, 3 weeks and the job was not done, decided to take back jewellery due to incompetence.

The store owner, Daniel, is severely disorganized, which is a terrifying thought when you leave with him your precious jewelry. A week after I dropped of my ring for repair, I called for a update and he could not find my ring at that time. He said he would call me back which he did not do. Update your business hours. Came on a Sunday because they’re open but doors are locked. Sign on door says to call store for service because there working in back. Called store to listen to a condescending voicemail telling me to call when there’s someone here, can’t leave you a voicemail because that doesn’t work either. What a waste of a drive
