What a fine old school craftsman Daniel is! While it might take a bit longer for him to repair or design a piece for you because he is so busy, it is totally worth the wait. Thank you for bringing back my fine jewellery so I can wear all the pieces every day.

Westdale Jewellers provide such wonderful affordable services. As well as being very fast, kind, and helpful. They adjusted my jewelry exactly how I wanted and I’m so glad I could go to them. It saved me from driving 2 hrs to go and make an in person exchange at the original store. Thank you!

Not a good experience here at all. I took 2 watches to this store, explicitly stating I needed one resized and a new battery put in the other. Within the week they had LOST one of my watches and attempted to deny ever getting it. The part that really upsets me is that after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, they called me and tried telling me they had already given it back to me and therefore never had the watch. I have mixed feelings about this review, as Daniel sounds knowledgeable and seemed genuinely apologetic for the interaction; however the experience I've had with Westdale Jewellers caused sleepless nights and much more stress than I ever anticipated from such a longstanding local business.
