Roach Motel. I was told the apartment I‘m moving into is BRAND NEWLY updated. My 1st day in the apartment I literally found a giant roach in the hallway, then found several more, both small and big throughout the bathroom and kitchen. Practically all over my apartment, including cupboards. I have called the maintenance department and they’ve attempted to “remedy my situation”. Waterford Place in Atlanta has let me go 7 days now with no working heat in 30 degree weather. Have been having issues with Air and Heat as of August 4th, 2021. Monique and Rafeal, the "managers" here have done nothing. Maintenance is highly incompetent. Christy in HR doesnt answer. Steven Fountaine the regional manager does not answer his phone nor return calls. Courtney Feek/ Fike does not return calls. I have contacted multiple law firms to get this resolved.

The regional manager Steve Fontain is extremely rude and disrespectful. He called me a liar and told me everything I say will be taken with a “grain of salt” because I told him the complex hired a “peeping Tom” he said he was offended when I said that. He was offended???? I had a man jump my balcony and peek through my window while I was undressed. The man was hired by Wellington Ridge.
