I came in for a boquet for my elopement and was worried about mentioning the fact, because most places hike prices when they hear something is wedding related, but the owner and the other florist there were so incredibly kind and sympathetic to my needs and concerns, and better yet they made me the most exqusite boquet after just 2 refrence images i provided! I had an amazing experience with Westdale Florist. I spoke with customer service the day before Valentine’s Day after the flowers I had delivered to my girl were unfortunately stolen. Despite it being the busiest day of the year, they went above and beyond to arrange another delivery to accommodate the situation. Their understanding, professionalism, and willingness to help during such a hectic time truly meant a lot. The flowers were beautiful and the service was even better. I’ll definitely be a loyal customer from now on!
