I moved in here in 2013 and left in 2016. The building was infested with cockroaches. I found out from other tenants it has been that way for over 20 years. I had to throw out my furniture when I moved out and they didn't refund me. They did construction and raised rent when I was there and took tenants to court. A large group of tenants showed up with photos of cockroaches. The judge literally stated "cockroaches are not inhabitable". I would love the judge to live in that building. And say that.
