Went in as a walk in stated I only wanted a middle skin fade with a 3 on top yet the barber in the second chair proceeded to cut off my mustache and trim my beard without me saying so. Im highly upset he didn’t considering talking to me before doing so. Just another way to get more money for themselves bad service.

My son has been going to West Cuts for almost a year for shape ups being as though he has locs. Eevee never had any complaints. My son enjoys his experiences and looks forward to going back. My 3 year old just recently had his first shape up and I was amazed at how comfortable he was getting it. I've also brought my nephew's and and brother to have their hair cut and they loved it.
