This is a long one but please read.Do not live here. I would give it zero stars if I could. I've been here for two years and it's been nothing but horrible and unsatisfactory. There's roaches everywhere , the dog park is basically a giant litter box and If you have an issue or something needing to be fixed , goodluck. Each maintenance request I've put in , I've had to reach out multiple times for the job to be done correctly and in a timely manner. Do not live here. Their units have a ton of maintenance issues and they are in no hurry to resolve nor do they want to spend the money. Every time something breaks or needs maintenance attention in my sister's unit, not only does it take them a week to even acknowledge her request, but the vendors they use to complete tasks, take forever to actually address the issue, the request is never fully fixed or completed, and they cause more damage to the unit.
