Beautiful property and amazing customer service!
1 day turn around response and repair took all of 2 minutes.
i’ve lived here for about 4 months now and overall has been a terrible experience. the management is terrible and slow with whatever you need and the maintenance is maybe even slower, i needed something fixed and it took them 4 weeks to arrive after i had sent the email. do not live here it is horrible
I mentioned that the AC doesn't cool down the apartment to the required level as a functioning AC should. The maintenance came and replaced the filter in the apartment...said it's all fixed....are they serious??!! 2 stars they at least came out to look at the issue which previously didn't happen.
