What can you say about a Doctor who always takes the time for his patients with so much concern, care and will always refer when needed.. Dr. Shih has been our Dr, for 30 years now and we are very grateful to him for his care and kind nature. His receptionist Sandra is always there with a big smile and helping hand. Just a wonderful clinic .
Dr. Shih has been my GP for 22 years, some folks complain about the wait time. We should all be glad we have a GP as many do not. Yes he is busy but i would not see another GP, I gave 4 stars not because of anything to do with the doctor or clinic directly, its because the government has imposed many things that the regular citizens are not aware of and the doctor and staff have to work within the government regulations. which at times has an effect on services provided through our government funded health care.
