Just had the opportunity to work with Heidi and her team at westcraft homes and both my client and I are completely blown away by the exceptional level of customer service we experienced through the whole process. Heidi was easy to communicate with and was always more than willing to help navigate the few hiccups that we encountered. We recently purchased a new build in one of Westcraft's developments. It is a beautiful property and the team has been great to work with!
We owned a Westcraft Home in Silverbrook for 5 years and were extremely happy with them as a builder. They totally stand behind their construction and were very easy to deal with regarding repairs. Zac especially was a pleasure to deal with and had excellent communication with us when we had a problem!
We just moved into our new WESTCRAFT home in Silverbrook in Kalispell, MT. We are so pleased with the Westcraft team, from realtor Heidi, the design team, project manager Trevor, and post-build “jack of all trades” Zac - everyone has shown the greatest respect and accommodation and skill every step of the way.
