Great company and Owner... Very detailed in communication and work! We had hardwood floors installed that look beautiful well worth the price paid. Looking forward to having carpet done in the near future!
These guys were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, made a minimal impact on our lives, and did a great job. Our job was to refinish the hardwood floors in three bedrooms, closets, hallway, stairs, and main room (includes kitchen, dining room and living room. They said it would take 6 days to complete but they were done in three. The floors still needed time to cure (3-4 days) but they look great. I have never felt that I could rely on the carpet chains and big stores; Westcraft's smaller size and personal approach makes all the difference in assuring that the final product meets all expectations. Water damage in under sink and I was referred to Danny first. He came in and gave me the straight shot of the situation and the best way to attack the issue. I was informed that the floor was out of code and how to fix the issue. During my process of the tear out Tim was referred to me for questions about the tear out and he was great and helpful from beginning to end.
