Ich bin nicht glücklich über den Ablauf der Bestellung. Die Pflanze, die ich bestellt habe, war nicht lieferbar. Sie boten zwei Alternativen und der Preis blieb gleich. Dass die bestellte Pflanze nicht erhältlich ist und die beiden angebotenen Pflanzen, teilten sie nicht mir, sondern meiner Tochter mit. Da ich in Europa lebe, hat meine Tochter in Syracuse vermittelt. Ich habe sehr prompt per Mail nach weiteren Optionen angefragt; 2x. Ich habe nie eine Antwort erhalten. Westcott Florist never seems to fall short. I didn’t have a lot of money, but I needed flowers for my niece services. She was a beautiful young woman with a six-year-old and loved purple and irises. They had no irises, but they promised me a beautiful arrangement and they did Just that. At the end of the services, we got to take them home and I have a gorgeous dark purple arrangement of fresh flowers in a Purple vase. I wanna keep them forever thank you, Westcott florist. You are my go to because you never disappoint.

My boyfriend purchased a flower bouquet from here for delivery three weeks ago and today they are not only alive but are thriving. Gorgeous high quality flowers!
