Had to make an appointment 10 am for an oil change, took 2 hrs then left. Came back because oil pressure too low, clam that they fixed it so we left, and had to turn around and come right back!! No im still sitting in lobby still waiting on a oil change. Poor business. Will never come back

I put more money in maintenance fixing the car compared to actually paying it off. AT THIS POINT COME GET THIS CAR cuz it not worth it.
I'm not happy at all about how they gave my fiancee a lemon car jus had to go to them and replace a friggin spark plug and 1 week later the car is again skipping shaking sounding badly. Barely gets into gear have to mash the gas to accelerate. I'm not a expert bt I damn sure know this car ain't right. I gave em a chance bt now I'm over it either fix it correctly or give her another vehicle is more than fair.
When everyone told me no because of my credit I had a repo on my credit they told me yes ! Amy was very nice ! That’s Westcott Auto Credit !!!
