westcorp has a property that is infested with cockroaches. it has an attached dwelling that is being affected and NO ONE is taking responsibility to address the situation. a city representative was laughed at during a telephone conversation with someone who collects rent but but says he is not a landlord , while trying to locate the property owner and was told " its not his problem ". being negligent , and ignorant plus avoiding the issue IS NOT making it go away ! it is disgusting !! and only getting worse by the day !

Absolutely horrible service. Had a rough time going through all of the processes from move in until move out day. Suite was never cleaned but on move out, a large comprehensive list of cleaning was issued with a threat of being charged extra. On site staff was never helpful on both move in and move out. Don't recommend at all no matter how cheap or good of a location it is. (Windsor Park Building)
RecommendedChill atmosphere and nice, spacious rooms. I love the outdoor spaces around it, too. Plus the fun activities that happen at diversion :) :)
Cleaned their buildings with Glass Castle Cleaning. Spent 4 days a week cleaning for them. Gave them the best quality clean possible. They are late to pay my employer every month, making it difficult for me to pay my bills. Most unorganized managment. I have been cleaning at London at Heritage in Calgary for 6 months and all of a sudden I show up one day and they have another cleaning company there cleaning. Do not recommend
