They really live up to the Con in their name, The salesman told us lies just to get the paper signed, and the abused machine off their hands. Instead of rectifying the issues they promised to fix in an appropriate manner, they left us to foot the bill out of necessity. I would not recommend buying used rentals from the westcon, as they're clearly neglected when it comes to maintenance.

We got the wrong kind of oil and I was wondering if we could return it. They said if it had not been opened we could. They actually had the receipt and said that it wouldn't be a problem.
