Horrible property management company. I own a condo and it is managed by Westcom. In the past 4 years that I have owned my place they have been nothing but excuses. Anything you ask them to do they make up a charge for it to charge you or they find a way to just not do it.
STAY AWAY!! Positive reviews all written by the owner Mike Carmona. He is awful and just wants his paycheck, does not care about homeowners. Becky Hammond is an absolute nightmare, she is childish, petty and rude. She even looks like a witch in her picture.
