Our internet service is a complete joke, most of the time running at under 1 Mbps. The internet goes out at random and will sometimes take hours to come back. Makes streaming videos or playing multiplayer video games pretty much impossible because the internet is so low and unreliable.
If I could rate this with negative stars I would! Very unhappy customers. I lose service all the time. And when I call in I'm told to "cut my tree branch" tried to cancel and even tough we've been paying customers for 10 years the 1st contract we signed we locked our selves in every year. If the final date of contract wasn't September. We would have to keep paying until whenever that contract anniversary date was.
