1) they didn't do the good job. 2) bad customer service. In late of the May, Our A/C was having a not cooling problem. LJ Air ( now it is part of Westcoast Mechanical Contractors, LLC.) came to fix this problem, he replaced our A/C TXV and added the refrigerant. He charged us for total at $1640!!!. But it turned out, he didn't fixed the problem at all!!
