I had an excellent experience with Dr. Wang. I needed a complicated employment eye exam form filled out, and Dr. Wang went above and beyond to get it done right. This location now has an assistant and newer equipment, so wait time was minimal. I was seen earlier than my timeslot! Highly recommend.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with West Coast Doctors of Optometry (located inside the Brighton Ave Costco). This is a poorly managed operation that seems to hide behind the Costco brand name while lacking any professional standards. My appointment was canceled the same day it was scheduled. I had a pleasant visit with the Optometrist. It was a short routine appointment but she was very informative and instructed me to the right recommendations for a healthier eyesight.
