Both my husband and I had a good experience with Dr. Yeung for our eye exams. She was professional, straightforward and gave good advice for eye health!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Wang. I needed a complicated employment eye exam form filled out, and Dr. Wang went above and beyond to get it done right. This location now has an assistant and newer equipment, so wait time was minimal. I was seen earlier than my timeslot! Highly recommend.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with West Coast Doctors of Optometry (located inside the Brighton Ave Costco). This is a poorly managed operation that seems to hide behind the Costco brand name while lacking any professional standards. My appointment was canceled the same day it was scheduled. When I spoke to the administrative assistant, Alisha, to ask for the reason and the doctor's name, she told me I was supposed to see a Dr. Jesse Ning.
