Cesar is a big rip off. Never gets trucks done..horrible job. Has no license for anything got fined. Has no paint booth got fined so they paint at night so they dont get caught. Works his employees like dogs all night for little pay never wants to pay them. Has some employees living there. Getting sue. Hope they shut him down soon.
Have installed half fenders from this shop, took off my hodge built quarter fender with all hardware and also brand new toolboxes from 389 with all mounts and hardware. Calling cesar from over a month, went thrice at the facility to take my stuff. He is not answering my calls and even nit updating his new location where he has moved his business in montebello. Having worst experience with him.
