Horrible customer service and they do not stand behind their work. They installed a $20,000 flawed system in our community 2-1/2 years ago which has never worked properly. They allegedly fixed the problem (again) in July. They were paid $500 and 10 days later the system stopped working. They came out, diagnosed it again, said they’d be back with the proper equipment to fix it and 4 weeks later just sent us another invoice. Never showed up to fix it. This company clearly doesn't care about the public. Here is one of their drivers, pulling halfway through a very busy crosswalk blocking pedestrian traffic and not caring. If this is any indication of their company, I'll make sure never to recommend them to anyone. As an avid cyclist and runner, this guy didn't even look and almost hit me.
