Had great service from Glen and Cam they made the car easy to buy and answered every question. Where patient with me constantly changing my mind on vehicle. They along with Dan in finance and your delivery team got my car ready for pick up in three days so I could drive it before flying out for work. It was my second car bought from a Westco dealership and as long as I’m living in Cairns more than likely not the last.

Too crowded really in Marshall St. I feel the Volkswagen servicing is overpriced . Not sure a lot happens . Staff very nice but Couldn’t see evident that car was vacumed as offered . Don’t like the Uber thing .
I just took my 2021 Amarok Highline to the VW Westco Cairns Service Team for the first time. The check in experience was seamless, and the greeting at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The team completed the scheduled 4 year service in very good time and my vehicle came back clean and tidy. Surprisingly, the invoice was slightly less than the advertised price. There's a lot of criticism of VW dealers out there generally, however I'm a very happy customer. Cairns Westco Volkswagen were excellent. Thanks team!
