My roof was done recently by Westco about two years ago and was great. After some big storms recently we sprung a leak around our Skylights and Westco was there to help with repairs under warranty. They were able to assist us in these emergency circumstances very quickly. Leo and his team came to do the repairs and they were super kind, informative, fast, professional, and overall exceptional. While there were aspects of the work that we are very pleased with (aesthetics of the shingle placement and thoroughness of the fixing the flat areas), I’m profoundly disappointed with the final outcome. There are boards used as we added insulation which raised the roof line that have been left exposed (in some cases chipped) and unsealed and don’t match our trim paint color, as well some of the cuts don’t even match the angle of the roof line and the board width isn’t the same as the original lines of the structure. I wouldn't consider getting a new roof a 'fun' project, but I was really impressed with the work of Westco Roofing especially the Project Manager Kevin & head crew member Leo. We have a steep roof on a hill that doesn't make for an easy job, but the crew worked efficiently and consistently cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis.
