I took my X3 for a vehicle check yesterday. The customer service from Tim was great, and he was very helpful with some queries I had. I had an all-round very good first experience with BMW here in Cairns.
Absolutely premium service, Kieran, Ella and Tim are genuinely amazing at their job. I have always been sceptical dropping my car at mechanics for any matter but the team at BMW always make me feel at home. Kieran especially goes above and beyond for customers to ensure that the work done to the vehicle is necessary and legitimate and that the customer has a full understanding of the condition of their vehicle. Great service with a smile and a coffee
Just picked up my new BMW. Ordered in April remotely, was looked after by Grant through the whole process. He also assisted in organising a pre delivery detail and ceramic coat that I had arranged. Top communication, extremely accomodating around my needs and availabilities. Top dealership, highly recommend. 5 stars from me.
I had such a great experience at Wesco Motors today. The girl who served me was absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that I left feeling completely looked after. It’s so refreshing to be greeted with such great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future and would highly recommend Wesco Motors to anyone
