What absolute life savers! My husband drove from Townsville to Cairns airport and an error message came up on his car right before the long weekend. When I called Debbie I was put at complete ease in my stressful state, she said that if I could get the car there, she’d get it looked at straight after the long weekend. By Tuesday at lunchtime the car was fixed! This means my caravan trip won’t be cancelled when my husband flies in tomorrow to grab the car!. Couldn’t be happier with the service even if I tried. Booked in for early service, asked if I could please have car back before 3pm or will book another time, staff assured car ready way before 3pm, phoned in and told 4pm then 3pm, office staff not friendly or helpful, can I please remind you that you wouldn't be in a job if we didn't bring our cars to you for a service!!! And when you tell a customer you'll have car ready then make sure it is.
Card been in multiple times for the same issues. Was told they would send diagnostics away to whoever they needed to, never heard back so dropped in to find out that they needed the car back for 2 days which will make it the 3rd trip in still with no resolve. Helpful staff but obviously stuck under the bureaucracy of a large company
I took my LDV to their workshop in cairns and got diagnosed and paid over $200 for diagnosis fee plus $2100 including part and labour charges so apparently it was fixed. On my way to home engine sign came on again before I even reached home. After calling them 5 times I finally managed to make appointment so they diagnosed it again, AND HERE IS MOST INTERESTING PART.
