My son lived in a West & Company apartment complex (Main Street, Moscow, ID) for several years before buying a home. To be fair, a different property management company maintained the building for the first few years. Overall, he was satisfied with his two bedroom, second floor apartment, but the exterior upkeep was awful. Very reliable property management. Kept up with any repairs in a timely manner and was flexible with my needs as a tenant. One of my favourite apartments I’ve lived at in Spokane. Sad to be moving away, but glad to have gotten lucky with my stay at West and Co apartments! Good people
2 of use put in our application and paid the fee just to be told they don’t have any availability. They refused a refund.
