Wow!!! Came in at 11 today to look at kitchen tables. Saw one we liked that we were told came with a table, 4 chairs and a bench. Left to talk about it and came back at 3. Now the bench is not included and would cost anther $200. I understand mistakes are made, but we specifically asked what came with it and after a phone call or two by the sales person to the main office, it was determined the bench was free if we purchased today. Bad business practice to not honor your own sale.

Just relocated to Neosho from California, naturally thought going to Joplin to buy furniture was the thing to do. After purchasing furniture with a 2 – 4 week delivery, I stopped in at Westco Furniture, Neosho, not only did they have the same furniture I just bought, the price on all items were better, and best of all delivery was in 4 days. Thank you Wayne and Westco Furniture for making my new house a home! You guys are the best and I will only shop here for all future buys!
